At Kaopan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
Refund and Exchange Eligibility
We accept refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

- Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition:
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Customized or engraved products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Shipping Your Return:
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will:
- Offer a replacement at no additional cost.
- Process a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to order processing.
